Outmuscle (Japanese: 相手失敗時攻撃アップAttack Boost When Opponent Fails) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When an opponent's attack move targeting the user's Pokémon misses, the user's Attack has a chance of being raised by one stat rank. The skill can range from Outmuscle 1 to Outmuscle 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Outmuscle 9 will always raise the user's Attack.
