Effect
When an opponent's attack move targeting the user's Pokémon misses, it has a chance of increasing the user's Physical Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. The skill can range from Opp Fail: Physical Boost ↑2 1 to Opp Fail: Physical Boost ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Opp Fail: Physical Boost ↑2 9 will always raise the user's Physical Moves ↑ Next effect by two ranks. Currently, only Opp Fail: Physical Boost ↑2 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
