Mind Boggler (Japanese: 妨害状態相手攻撃時特防↓Special Defense Reduction When Attacking Opponent Affected by an Interference Condition) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user's Pokémon attacks an opponent that is affected by an interference condition (confusion, bound, flinching), it has a chance of lowering the target's Sp. Def by one stat rank. The skill can range from Mind Boggler 1 to Mind Boggler 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of lowering the target's Sp. Def. Mind Boggler 9 will always lower the target's Sp. Def. Currently, only Mind Boggler 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
