The Meowscarada ex Deluxe Battle Deck and Quaquaval ex Deluxe Battle deck is the third pair of Theme Decks that were released for the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the Scarlet & Violet Series. They were released on September 1, 2023.

Information
The Meowscarada ex & Quaquaval ex Deluxe Battle decks were the first release in the Deluxe Battle Deck product line. The Deluxe Battle Decks are Play Level 2, indicating they are aimed at players with some familiarity to the TCG.
The Deluxe Battle Decks were sold individually as the Meowscarada ex Deluxe Battle Deck and the Quaquaval ex Deluxe Battle Deck. Each deck contained a fixed selection of 60 cards, including 2 copies of the eponymous Pokémon as a Pokémon ex. Each deck also included a a single-player playmat, set of damage counters, large metallic coin, condition markers, deck box, strategy sheet, and a TCGL code card.
