October 18, 2024 saw the release of a fifth Trainer's Toolkit, the second being released for the Pokémon Trading Card Game during the Scarlet & Violet Series. Like its predecessors, this product came with numerous staple cards for deck building.

Each box included copies of Trainer cards and Special Energy cards from the Scarlet & Violet Series that had proved competitive staples, in addition to exclusive alternate-art prints of Squawkabilly ex. Together with the enclosed Deck Builder's Guide, this product could help experienced players improve their game. Toolkits were also packaged with four booster packs, 65 card sleeves, six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, two Special Condition markers, and a Pokémon TCG Live code card. The 2024 edition was the first Toolkit to be incorporated into the Play Level system, and was classed as Play Level 3.
