Lugia (Japanese: ルギア Lugia) is a Colorless-type Basic Pokémon card. It is one of the Unnumbered Promotional cards.

In Japan, this card was available as an Unnumbered Promotional card alongside Great Rocket's Mewtwo and was included in copies of Pokémon Trading Card Game 2: The Invasion of Team GR!, released for the Game Boy Color on March 28, 2001. It features a "GB" symbol in place of an expansion symbol, referencing its ties to the title.
