In Japan, this card was available as an Unnumbered Promotional card alongside Team GR's Mewtwo and was included in copies of Pokémon Trading Card Game 2: The Invasion of Team GR!, released for the Game Boy Color on March 28, 2001. It features a "GB" symbol in place of an expansion symbol, referencing its ties to the title.
