The Lumiose first partner Pokémon are the trio of Pokémon—Chikorita, Tepig, and Totodile—chosen by Trainers at the start of their journey in Lumiose City in Kalos in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The Research Tasks in Pokémon HOME refer to the Lumiose first partner Pokémon and their final forms' Mega Evolutions as Three Reliable Pokémon and Mega-Evolved Partners, respectively.

- The player can attempt to choose Andi's Pancham at the start of the game as their first partner Pokémon by interacting with it, but Andi does not allow them to have it.
- Like the first partners of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, this trio features Pokémon from multiple different regions outside the game's setting.
- Incidentally, both Pokémon Legends games have trios that include first partners from Johto and Unova.
