This figure was available as an Achievement Reward during the Rhyhorn, Scyther, and Tauros and Eevee, Espeon, and Sylveon Team Matches held from December 6 to 9, 2018 and June 28 to July 1, 2019, respectively. It was also available as a Monthly Points Reward from February 13 to March 13, 2019.

Origin
Scrappy is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Kangaskhan can have. Sucker Punch, Facade, and Double-Edge are all moves in the games that Kangaskhan can learn, Facade via TM and Double-Edge through breeding. Breakneck Blitz is a Z-Move in the games that Kangaskhan can use by equipping Normalium Z.
