Icy Touch (Japanese: こおり攻撃時こおり付与Inflict Ice During Ice Attack) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an Ice-type attack on the target, it has a chance to freeze the target. The skill can range from Icy Touch 1 to Icy Touch 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Icy Touch 9 will always freeze the target. Currently, only Icy Touch 2 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
