Effect
After the Pokémon leaves a defensive posture after nullifying damage from an opponent's attack move, it has a chance of raising its Sp. Def by one stat rank. This skill can range from Hold Fast 1 to Hold Fast 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of raising the Pokémon's Sp. Def. Hold Fast 9 will always raise the Pokémon's Sp. Def. Currently, only Hold Fast 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
