Effect
The user and ally's moves are powered up by 10%, and attack move damage taken by the team's sync pairs are reduced by 20%. Each additional allied sync pair with the Hoenntheme skill powers up moves by a further 10%, for a maximum power increase of 30%. Additional allied sync pairs with the Hoenn theme skill also reduces attack move damage taken by 3%, for a maximum damage reduction of 26%. Hoenn Flag Bearer does not affect sync moves or max moves.
