Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is restrained, it has a chance of raising the user and its allies' Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, or Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Hit Restrained Opp: Team 1 of 5 Stats ↑ 1 to Hit Restrained Opp: Team 1 of 5 Stats ↑ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Restrained Opp: Team 1 of 5 Stats ↑ 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, or Speed. Currently, only Hit Restrained Opp: Team 1 of 5 Stats ↑ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
