Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is paralyzed, it has a chance of restoring the user and its allies' HP. The skill can range from Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team HP Recovery 1 to Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team HP Recovery 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team HP Recovery 9 will always restore the user and its allies' HP. Currently, only Hit Paralyzed Opp: Team HP Recovery 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
