Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on a target that is confused, it has a chance of lowering the target's accuracy by one stat rank. The skill can range from Hit Confused Opp: Accuracy ↓ 1 to Hit Confused Opp: Accuracy ↓ 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit Confused Opp: Accuracy ↓ 9 will always lower the target's accuracy. Currently, only Hit Confused Opp: Accuracy ↓ 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
