Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance of raising the user and its allies' Speed by two stat ranks. The skill can range from Hit: Team Speed ↑2 1 to Hit: Team Speed ↑2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit: Team Speed ↑2 9 will always raise the user and its allies' Speed by two stat ranks. The skill applies to the Pokémon's usual attack moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
