Effect
When the Pokémon successfully lands an attack on the target, it has a chance to flinch and paralyze the target. Both effects have an individual chance of being inflicted. The skill can range from Hit: Flinch & Paralyze 1 to Hit: Flinch & Paralyze 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of paralyzing the target. Hit: Flinch & Paralyze 9 will always flinch and paralyze the target. Currently, only Hit: Flinch & Paralyze 2 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to all of the Pokémon's attack moves—including buddy moves—but not sync moves or max moves.
