Healthy Buffer (Japanese: 無傷時攻撃技軽減Attack Move Reduction When Uninjured) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the user is hit by an opposing Pokémon's attack move while the user's HP is full, the user takes reduced damage from the attack move by 10% per rank of this skill. Currently, only Healthy Buffer 5 is available on scoutable sync pairs, which provides 50% damage reduction from attack moves.
