Rulings
If a player uses Roaring Moon ex's "Calamity Storm" attack on an opponent's Active Stage 2 Pokémon with 10 damage counters and a maximum HP of 330, and Gravity Mountain is in play (such that the Defending Stage 2 Pokémon's maximum HP is reduced to 300), the Defending Stage 2 Pokémon will not be Knocked Out even with 320 damage on it,[1] as the check for Knock Outs happens after Gravity Mountain is discarded.
