• This Foongus card, alongside Amoonguss from the same set, is the first instance of a dual-type Grass/Poison Pokémon being represented in the TCG (physical or digital) as a Darkness-type card, which includes the Poison type from the video games since Generation VIII. Previously, Grass/Poison Pokémon were exclusively represented as Grass-type cards, with the exception of a handful of Psychic-type cards in Generation IV.
