Origin
This card may be based on Emcee's Chatter, a Supporter card from the HeartGold & SoulSilver Series that also draws at minimum 2 cards. Both cards appear related to Judge; Emcee's Chatter and Judge debuted in the same release, and Judge received a reprint with new artwork alongside the debut of Emcee's Hype.
