Rulings
- Dyna Tree Hill does not prevent attacks, Abilities, or other effects that move damage counters (eg. Slowbro's "Strange Behavior" Ability), as they are not technically considered "healing".[1]
- If Dyna Tree Hill is in play, both players are allowed to play cards that heal damage (eg. Picnic Basket, Saguaro); however, as the healing is prevented, the cards are simply used to no effect.[1]
