Table style

What an interesting page. I like it, but I don't like the use of the National Pokedex list split in half. I think this could be a perfect place for an old idea, this one here. This is a visual representation of the National Pokedex, but in form of tiles insead of a long list so it doesn't waste as much space around it and you can see a lot more Pokemon on your screen at a time. Plus, it's responsive to the width of your screen. Rocket Grunt 00:50, 17 February 2025 (UTC)Reply

Yes, I agree with you about the table. When I was editing this page, I tried to see if splitting it in two or three columns might look good but personally I'm not satisfied with any of those possibilities. Thanks for suggesting the use of a visual responsive to the title, and I agree that it's better than using the current table split in two columns.
I was thinking about something else: maybe we should just remove the table altogether and replace it by something like "See the list of Generation I Pokémon" linking to the correct section on the Ndex page. I think the "Generation I Pokémon" page should probably focus on talking about Generation I Pokémon in games and other media rather than just listing them, which the Ndex page already does. This would be a bit like how the page Pokémon (species) explains the species but does not list all the species. --Daniel Carrero (talk) 01:08, 17 February 2025 (UTC)Reply
