In the core series games

All the Generation III Pokémon were introduced in the Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.

Deoxys's Normal Forme was introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire, Attack Forme in FireRed, Defense Forme in LeafGreen, and Speed Forme in Pokémon Emerald.

In Pokémon X and Y, 11 Mega Evolutions of Generation III Pokémon were introduced. In Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, 10 more as well as Primal Kyogre and Primal Groudon were introduced.

In Pokémon Sword and Shield, 2 Galarian forms of Generation III Pokémon were introduced.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team, Blue Rescue Team, Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, Explorers of Sky, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Keep Going! Blazing Adventure Squad, Let's Go! Stormy Adventure Squad, Go For It! Light Adventure Squad, Gates to Infinity, Pokémon Super Mystery Dungeon, Rescue Team DX, all Generation III Pokémon are available as playable characters.

Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire

In Pokémon Pinball: Ruby & Sapphire, almost all Generation III Pokémon are obtainable except Deoxys.

Pokémon Breeder mini

In Pokémon Breeder mini, the player has a choice to hatch and take care of one the Hoenn first partner Pokémon: Torchic, Treecko, or Mudkip.
