Kyoko Umemoto illustrated both a Diglett card and a Dugtrio card for the Pokémon Trading Card Game; though the cards did not originally release together in the TCG—being released in 2006 and 2020 respectively—their illustrations were later included alongside each other in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket's Mega Shine expansion. Dugtrio's illustration references the Diglett from this card's illustration in its background.
