Generation IX Powers up the Dark-type moves of all Pokémon on the field. Champions Boosts the power of the Dark-type moves of all Pokémon on the field by 33%.

Dark Aura (Japanese: ダークオーラ Dark Aura) is an Ability introduced in Generation VI. It is the signature Ability of Yveltal.

Effect

In battle

Dark Aura boosts the power of Dark-type attacks by approximately 33% (or more accurately, by a factor of 5448/4096) for all Pokémon on the field. This effect will not stack if more than one Pokémon on the field has this Ability. Aura Break instead divides the power of Dark-type attacks by 4/3, resulting in a 25% reduction in damage.

Outside of battle

Dark Aura has no effect outside of battle.
