Chopper
Chopper (Japanese: マサ Masa) is a character of the day who appeared in The Bridge Bike Gang. He is a member of a Biker gang who have claimed Cycling Road as their territory. They battle Trainers who are traveling across the bridge.
Chopper and Tyra, another biker, are old friends of Jessie and James, as they were members of the bike gang before they decided to join Team Rocket.
Chopper entered into a battle with Ash, and while his Golem was able to defeat his Bulbasaur, it was defeated by Ash's Charmander. After the battle, Ash and his friends continued across the bridge to Sunnytown, attempting to deliver medicine to a sick Shellder. However, Chopper and the other bikers stopped them, wanting to battle. When Ash declined, saying he was trying to deliver medicine to a sick Pokémon, Chopper was impressed that Ash would brave dangerous weather to help a Pokémon. He and the other bikers escorted the kids to the Pokémon Center. Chopper, impressed with Ash's bravery, announced that the gang would dub him "Awesome Ash".

Golem was the Pokémon that Chopper chose to use during his battle against Ash. Ash first summoned Bulbasaur and had it use Vine Whip, but that proved to be useless against Golem's shell. Golem then defeated Bulbasaur with a single Tackle. Ash recalled Bulbasaur and sent Charmander out in its place. He used Ember, but Golem was unaffected. The Megaton Pokémon then attacked with Rock Throw, but Charmander dodged and attacked with Flamethrower and Fire Spin in succession, covering Golem's body with flames. Golem attempted to Tackle Charmander but just ended up rolling amongst the bike gang as a red-hot ball of fire, forcing Chopper to recall it. Even after the battle, Golem's Poké Ball was so hot that Chopper almost burned his fingers while holding it.
It reappeared in a flashback in Charizard Chills.
Golem's known moves are Defense Curl, Tackle, and Rock Throw.
