Origin
Fury Swipes is a move in the Pokémon games that Chimchar can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond.
The illustration features various elements and locations from the Generation IV games:
- A Pokétch from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, overlaid on top of the Pokétch Company building and a reddish-brown building next to it from Jubilife City.
- Snowpoint Temple.
- The Relic, Mine, and Cobble Badges.
- Mount Coronet and a part of the Spear Pillar.
- Some Poffins and a pot to cook them in.
- Bebe's house and the Super Contest Hall in Hearthome City.
- The underground beneath the Sinnoh region, and some spheres that can be obtained from the mining minigame.
Additionally, the artworks across the three Sinnoh First Partner Illustration Collection cards use colors that represent the Generation IV games Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
