Release information

This card is a Holofoil Full Art illustration rare-style card and is one of the 30th-P Promotional cards released for the 30th anniversary of the Pokémon franchise. In mainland China, this card is released in the "30th Anniversary Celebration — First Partner Pokemon Special Illustration Holofoil Card Set Vol. 2" product, which includes a random selection of nine Holofoil Full Art cards depicting the first partner Pokémon from the Johto, Unova, and Galar regions.[1] This card is released internationally as an MEP Black Star Promotional card included in the First Partner Illustration Collection Series 2, released on June 19, 2026, the same date as the mainland China release.

This card features the Pokémon 30th Anniversary logo.

Trivia

This card forms a combined illustration with the MEP Promotional Cyndaquil and Totodile, together representing the first partner Pokémon trio of the Johto region.

Origin

Razor Leaf is a move in the Pokémon games that Chikorita can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Legends: Z-A, based on its entry from Pokémon Gold.
