The Promo-B card was one of five that could be pulled from Promo-B Vol. 6 packs; these were made available as part of the Slowpoke Drop Event, which ran from April 9 to 19, 2026. Players could also obtain one Promo Card Exchange Ticket during the event, which could be redeemed in the shop for one of the pack's five cards until April 26, 2026.
