Release information

This tag was available as part of a Special Tag Get Campaign held at participating Namco arcades across Japan between October 14 and November 24, 2021. Locations during this period had their Pokémon Mezastar machines updated to run the campaign, indicated by the Special Tag Campaign in Progress! (Japanese: スペシャルタグキャンペーンかいさいちゅう！) graphic in the bottom right of the title screen. This graphic also included a number of how many tags could still be claimed. A special tag indicator could appear any time a Pokémon was caught and dispensed while playing the game, which would trigger a screen to appear at the end of a player's session. Players were given a copy of this tag by staff after verifying the screen.
