Effect

When the Pokémon enters the battlefield, the opponents' accuracy decreases by one stat rank per skill rank. This skill will also activate when it re-enters the battle after Mega Evolving or when switched back in during a co-op battle. Currently, only Bedazzle 1 is available on scoutable sync pairs.
