The Battle Arena Decks: Rayquaza vs. Keldeo are a pair of 60-card Theme Decks that feature two popular Pokémon-EX cards from the Black & White Series. The Rayquaza Deck features the Dragon-type and Dragons Exalted Rayquaza-EX while the Keldeo Deck features the Water-type and in centered around Boundaries Crossed Keldeo-EX. The two decks feature successful strategies from the time they were originally released, including other popular cards—Noble Victories Dynamotor Eelektrik for Rayquaza-EX and Boundaries Crossed Deluge Blastoise for Keldeo-EX. Included with the decks are two exclusive Large Non Holo coins featuring either Rayquaza or Blastoise, one unique deckbox for each deck, two sets of damage counters, a two-player playmat featuring Keldeo and Rayquaza, a code card to unlock both decks and the coins in the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online, and a Quick Guide.
