Effect

The first time the sync pair's Pokémon uses a status move in battle, MP is restored to the user's buddy moves that have MP. The amount of MP restored is equal to the skill rank, though only 1st Use Status P-Move: Restore B-Move MP 1 is currently available on playable sync pairs.
