A couple of things

  1. Welcome users with the welcome template, type out {{subst:welcome}}, or click on the template in the character palette below the edit box.
  2. Make sure to update your talk page when you moved it, otherwise it will redirect to your archived talk page. Simply adding a link to your archives at the top of the page will do.--ForceFire 04:50, 24 February 2019 (UTC)

Hey

Great work with working on the anime pages, was wondering if you could take a look at a few of mine that could be mainspaced. User:BigDocFan/Toucannon's flock (anime), Mimikins, Hala's Hariyama, Hala's Crabominable, Matori's Meowth and Professor Kukui's Braviary if you get time--BigDocFan (talk) 12:34, 8 April 2019 (UTC)

Not a problem, I'll take a look now. PardescanSlowbro (talk) 23:30, 9 April 2019 (UTC)
There are some pages that I feel need to wait for more to occur in the series, like Mimikins or Hala's Crabominable who generally just appear beside their Trainers, and their actions and appearances to date can simply be summarized on their respective Trainer's pages. Aside from that, the pages are looking great. PardescanSlowbro (talk) 00:39, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for your help, doesn't hurt to create the pages, hoping that future appearances will be important to warrant a page of their own. Did you have a look at User:BigDocFan/List of Bewear rescues?--BigDocFan (talk) 08:08, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
Yes I've noticed it for quite sometime. It is a running gag, and I saw that someone was working on a Team Rocket's blastoffs page, so hopefully these can get up and running. I can add to these pages from now on, given that I tend to write many of the latest plots?
Also I was thinking that Mohn and Lusamine might need separate anime pages, especially with much of the stuff revealed in SM116 being background info. I'd recently added pre-series sections to their "in the anime" sections, but these were just deleted by GrammarFreak01 without any notice or explanation. I haven't seen pre-series subsections for other in-game character pages like Gym Leaders or Elite Four members, even if a past event is mentioned, so I'm guessing this might be the reason for that action. Even so, many of Sun and Moon's anime characters, including those based on the games, have appeared more frequently and with greater depth than many past series.
I'd leave the Island kahunas, Burnet, Faba and Wicke out at the moment, even though they have appeared in more than three episodes because I feel they would probably need another 2-3 major plot features to justify a separate anime page. Your thoughts?PardescanSlowbro (talk) 08:45, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
Not my page but we have a work in progress for Lusamine, User:Riox-Ibui/Lusamine (anime) - unsigned comment from BigDocFan (talkcontribs)
At least that one is covered. Thank for the link to that page, I wasn't aware of that user or any of their created pages. We really need a directory of all of these works in progress to be able to keep a tab on what is being done and by who.PardescanSlowbro (talk) 09:33, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
"I haven't seen pre-series subsections for other in-game character pages like Gym Leaders or Elite Four members, even if a past event is mentioned, so I'm guessing this might be the reason for that action." Yes, pretty much. GrammarFreak01 (talk) 20:40, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the confirmation GrammarFreak01. As you are already aware I have added a pre-series subsection to Riox-Ibui's Lusamine (anime) page, and I will begin a Mohn (anime) page soon. PardescanSlowbro (talk) 23:23, 10 April 2019 (UTC)

Annice Moriarty origin

Hello Nobody has been able to explain to me, so perhaps you could help me understand this. Where id dpeople get the idea that Annice Moriarty and Kether Donohue were the same person, despite no official confirmation? I am leaving out a whole lot of info I do have on Ann because I don't want my bias to show, given certain factors existing. I mean Candice is listed as being voiced by Kether Donohue in Bulbapedia, but on TV credits no such person is on the episode. Now that's not to say that Donohue didn't work on Pokemon as she likely did if she remembers being on Pokemon doing somebody. However it's poor form for people to assume that Annice Moriarty and Kether Donohue were the same person, especially what happened with the Caren Manuel, Alyson Johnson and Kathleen Delaney thing. What happened there was people thought that Kathleen Delaney and Allyson Johnson were pseudonyms of Caren Manuel/Caren Lyn Tackett. Hence the long-time belief that Manuel voiced Rouge the Bat (4kids dub of all Sonic media during 2003-2010)and Agatha from season 8 of Pokemon. I'm frustrated quite a bit at the lack of explanation as to why it is that people believed Annice Moriarty and Kether Donohue to be the same person. Where did they get this from? I also want to note that just because a belief is long-held does not make it true. Again I do have info on Ann, but I can't prove it yet and Ann doesn't have social media anymore for now, I can't link y'all to her. I'm just asking where did it come from, that Donohue, a Caucasian woman used the name Annice Moriarty?

Annice by the way is pronounced as Ann-nih-say. It is a Malagasy name. I won't say anymore as I do have a slight bias, but I just wish to shine a light on the sources that we get pseudonym information from not just given my sister Ann, but also given the Caren Lyn Manuel/Kathleen Delaney/Allyson Johnson thing. Any help in understanding where this came form and why it was accepted so long with no real proof would be great. This way when I correct it I know what to correct without my bias being in play. thanks. African Vulture (talk) 23:32, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
