My very dear and valuable laptop suffered a hard disk breakdown yesterday (hard disk goes click-click, BIOS doesn't recognize the drive at all). This limits greatly the time I can be online and contribute to Bulbapedia and its sister wikis. You can still contact me via the usual ways, though my response speed is a lot slower than before. Until the school starts, I probably will be most active from 10 AM to 5 PM (GMT+0300) - that's (when I calculated quickly) 11 PM to 6 AM (or 12 AM to 7 AM with DST) on the PST timezone - on weekdays and at random times on weekends. It will most probably take some time until I get a new laptop, so the situation will be active as long as any further notice is made.

I made a promise at the Archives that I'll help with cleaning up the Spr ** templates away, and I won't break this promise, but I can most probably start with this project as late as on Monday morning.

I'm back again and will try to help around whenever I can. I'm very pleased to Nintendo finally bringing the event Pokémon to be more easily available internationally (via Wi-Fi), since very few events had been taken place in Finland before (and when they did, they had been in Helsinki, the capital city which lies about 200 kilometres from where I live). I love my legally caught own Darkrai!

About UltimateSephiroth

I, UltimateSephiroth, am a 18-year-old male student from Finland. I go to a upper secondary school and my matriculation exams begin this fall. I spend a lot of my time at the computer, though (for obvious reasons) I've began playing again with DS as well.

I'm a member of a slew of different online communities besides Bulbapedia. In most of these I use the nickname UltimateSephiroth, though if this name is already in use or there is a name length limit, UltimateSephiroth91, USephiroth and USephiroth91 are possible names as well.

Activity in Bulbapedia

I've been a member of Bulbapedia since June 2, 2007. During the time I've been here I've made almost 4,000 edits of which over 2,700 are in the Main namespace while about 250 are in User namespace and about 600 are in Talk and User talk combined. Many of these edits are minor changes.

To this date, I was at my most active state in late 2008. Then I had a long break, but now I've returned.

  • Listed all episodes with incomplete or missing synopses.
  • All Pokémon Gold sprites updated to be transparent. (at Archives)
  • All Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire sprites uploaded or added transparency and/or resized to 64x64. (at Archives)
  • All Pokémon Yellow sprites flipped and resized to 56x56. (at Archives)
  • The List of items by name article (though it's still incomplete).
  • Expanding many articles of things related to Template:Card GB 2.
  • Helping with number redirect pages.

Please trade with me! I love to trade whatever you don't need anymore. Offer something and tell what you'd like to get in exchange.

  • If you're requesting a first-stage Pokémon (anything that can come out of an egg), the chances are very high that I can trade with you in under 12 hours.
  • If you're requesting a higher-stage Pokémon, it will take longer. If the needed level for evolution is too high, I may not accept the trade.
  • You can also ask for a legendary. I can get pretty much anything via GTS, except Celebi, Deoxys and Arceus, though this may take a while. Don't bother trying to get an easy legendary - your offer must be reasonable, I'm not getting you a Rayquaza for a Bidoof.
  • If you are so kind that you'd like to offer a Pokémon listed on the previous bulletin, I can trade you pretty much any of my current Pokémon. I don't want hacked Pokémon, though. Cloned Pokémon aren't hacked Pokémon if the original one is legal, so they are welcome too.

I originally strived to collect a living Pokédex in Sapphire. I tried this in Platinum as well but I learned that I'd run out of boxes (due to some Pokémon I have more than one). So, I went through all boxes and decided to collect a living final stage Pokédex (that is, every Pokémon that has been the final evolution stage at least in one generation). As a result, I'm now offering over two full boxes of Pokémon I don't need anymore (that just sounds cruel... :D). Just ask one if you need.
