Unaware (Japanese: てんねん Spontaneity) is an ability introduced in Generation IV. Two Pokémon have this ability, both in the same evolutionary line.
Effect
In battle
Unaware ignores the foe's positive stat changes, with the exception of Speed. The opponent's Speed or negative stat changes are not ignored.
Outside of battle
Unaware has no effect outside of battle.
