Sid along with his friends [[Rafe]], [[Rebecca (movie)|Rebecca]], [[Audrey and Catherine]] came to [[LaRousse]] city to compete at the [[Battle Tower]]. While there he met [[Ash Ketchum]] and his group and once he saw [[May (anime)|May]] he became smitten with her and through out the story he did his best to garner her attention but with little success. Once at the Battle Tower Sid and Rafe were assigned a double battle against Ash and [[Tory Lund]] using their {{p|Blastoise}} and {{p|Blaziken}} against [[Ash's Pikachu]] and [[Ash's Torkoal|Torkoal]] (who was being used by Tory at the time), and thanks to Sid's Blastoise he and Rafe won the match. But not to long after {{p|Deoxys}} had arrived and unleashed numerous clones on to the city that began abducting every human and pokémon in sight and when one of the clones went after May Sid sacrificed himself to save her and he was then taken prisoner by Deoxys. But thanks to the efforts of Ash and his friends Sid and the others were saved, and later when they needed to restore energy back to the city Sid and his Blastoise helped by using [[Water Gun]] to spin the windmills. But even after all was resolved May still refused to give him a hug. | |||

Sid (Japanese: Shouta) is a character from the 7th movie, Destiny Deoxys. His Japanese voice actor is Makoto Higo and his English voice actor is Jeff Berman.
Story
Sid along with his friends Rafe, Rebecca, Audrey and Catherine came to LaRousse city to compete at the Battle Tower. While there he met Ash Ketchum and his group and once he saw May he became smitten with her and through out the story he did his best to garner her attention but with little success.
