A Pokémon groomer is a person who improves a Pokémon's friendship by grooming them. They were first seen in Generation II, and have appeared in every subsequent main series game. Typically, a groomer will only groom one Pokémon per day.

Gold, Silver, and Crystal and HeartGold and SoulSilver
- Goldenrod Tunnel: the haircut brothers
- Pallet Town: Daisy Oak
- In Generation IV, this massage also raises Beauty.
FireRed and LeafGreen
Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum
- Veilstone City: Massage Lady
- An Accessory will be found on the Pokémon massaged here.

- This spa treatment boosts a Pokémon friendship more than any other service.
