The Indigo League (Japanese: セキエイリーグ Quartz League) is the regional Pokémon League of the Kanto region. It consists of a network of eight Gyms and the Elite Four. Depending on the context, the Indigo League can also be called the Kanto League or the Pokémon League.

Pokémon Trainers who earn eight Badges from sanctioned Indigo League Gyms qualify to fight in Indigo League competitions.

Indigo League championship competitions are held on Indigo Plateau. The opening ceremony includes the passing of the ancient torch which holds the flames of a Moltres.

The Johto League and Indigo League share a single Elite Four and Champion that reside on Indigo Plateau. Eight Badges from either region will allow a Trainer to battle the Elite Four.

Ash Ketchum ranked in the top 16 bracket of the Indigo League.
