Hyper Voice is a very damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
In the anime
Pokémon
Whismur. Whismur blasts an echoing cry and from its mouth a beam of white and grey shockwaves rushes towards the opponent.
- Used by Alanna's Whismur in A Pokéblock Party!.
Exploud. A blue sphere is created in Exploud's mouth. The sphere is then launched at the opponent.
- Used by Guy's Exploud in Exploud Loud and Clear!.
