Hyper Voice (Japanese: ハイパーボイス Hyper Voice) is a damage-dealing Template:Type2 move introduced in Generation III.
Effect
Hyper Voice inflicts damage and has no secondary effect. Pokémon with the Soundproof ability will not be affected by this move.
