History

Horsea is in love with a mermaid and first appears in Horsea's Necklace, where he saves Hazel from drowning by giving her a scale that lets her breathe underwater. Later, Hazel helps it retrieve a lost necklace that was hidden in a Cloyster. Once retrieved, Horsea gives the necklace to the mermaid as a birthday present.
