Horsea is a character from the Magical Pokémon Journey manga.
History
Horsea is in love with a mermaid and first appears in Horsea's Necklace, where he saves Hazel from drowning by giving her a scale that lets her breathe underwater. Later, it retrieves a lost necklace that was hidden in a Cloyster.
Personality and characteristics
Horsea is considered to be a brave Pokémon, as it went out of its way to rescue Hazel.
