Trivia
Each of the Pokémon-ex in EX Ruby & Sapphire seem to be based on popular cards from pre-EX-series sets. This card is less similar to any previously released cards than most, but it may be partially based on Base Set Hitmonchan, with Steady Punch being a less broken variation on Jab, and Sky Uppercut being an improved Special Punch, as these attacks have the same energy requirements.
Origin
Sky Uppercut is a move in the Pokémon games that Hitmonchan can learn.
