Goneff (Japanese: 怪盗ゴローニャ Mysterious Thief Golonya) is a character of the day who appeared in The Wayward Wobbuffet. He is a master thief who robs banks and steals everything. His English voice actor is Sean Schemmel and his Japanese voice actor is 池田勝 Masaru Ikeda.
He captured Jessie's Wobbuffet, which was holding the key to the Poké Pod after an attempt to steal Pikachu went wrong. Soon after, the twerps and Officer Jenny race to track down Wobbuffet and retrieve the key to free Pikachu.
