Executive (Trainer class)

A Rocket Executive is a type of Pokémon trainer that first debuted in the Generation II games. They are the heads of Team Rocket after Giovanni abandons the organization. There are two of them, a man and a woman. In the games, they are unnamed; however in the Pokémon Special manga, they are called Cart and Shum. In the games, the male disbands Team rocket after he is defeated for the final time.
They generally use a combination of Poison-type and Dark-type Pokémon.
