Release information
This card was released as a promotional card. In Japan, it was available through the Pokémon Player’s Club from April 2000 onwards. The English version of the card was available through the Pokémon League in June 2000.
Trivia
- In Japan, players had to earn 500 points to obtain this card. Points were more difficult to obtain compared to the more recent Player’s Club points system.
- The Japanese artwork for this card is done by Toshinao Aoki, as opposed to Kagemaru Himeno.
- The English version of this card was also released in Japan as a promotional card for completing the JR Stamp Rally in August 2000, along with an English version of Mewtwo.

Bite is a move in the Pokémon games that Eevee can learn. The card's Pokédex text comes from Pokémon Red and Blue.
