It was available in Japan starting March 26, 2016 and in the United States on January 30, 2017 via the Pokémon Center online store.
In Japan, it includes both Poké Plushes (ぬいぐるみ plushes) which cost ¥1200, and mascots (マスコット) which cost ¥800.
