Dexter
Dexter (Japanese: ビック Vick) is a character in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl. He is the MC and one of the judges of the Pokémon Super Contests.
In the manga
Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Adventure!
Dexter appears in chapter 6 of the series judging the contest that Hareta and Jun enter. He is highly tolerant of their antics, including being hit by a Brine and Peck combination by Hareta's Piplup. However, when Jun's Staravia blows his hat off with Whirlwind, exposing his bald head, he loses his temper and disqualifies both Jun and Hareta from the contest.
